: (1) In case of decision to remove the name from the registration book in the case of clauses (a), (b) and (c) of sub-section (1) of section 18, at least one year after the date of such decision, the concerned person shall submit a written request for re-registration. If the reason is opened, he can submit an application to the council for re-registration according to section 12.
(2) If an application for re-registration is given in accordance with sub-section (1), the council may decide to re-register the name of such applicant if it sees fit.
(3) In case the council decides to re-register the applicant's name in accordance with sub-section (2), the registrar shall re-register the applicant's name in the registration book and give the applicant a certificate of re-registration in the prescribed format.
